StandUp: Bystander Intervention Workshop
Led by SHARE Peers, StandUp challenges individuals to consider their roles as bystanders and increase their motivation towards intervention. Throughout the workshop, attendees will learn different types of intervention skills, identify possible obstacles that inhibit bystander intervention, and practice intervening in a way that matches the situation and fits the individual's personality and comfort level.
Escalation
Escalation is a workshop developed by the One Love Foundation that educates communities about relationship violence and empowers them to work for change. Led by SHARE Peers, this 90-minute, film-based workshop illuminates the warning signs of an unhealthy and potentially dangerous relationship.
Upcoming: Supporting Survivors Workshop
In this workshop, SHARE Peers facilitate a session to discuss supportive practices students can use to support their friends and loved ones who have experienced interpersonal harm or abuse. The session is framed using intersectionality, trauma-informed response and reflexive practices.
