Professional Interests: 

Culturally-relevant and feminist approaches to interpersonal violence prevention, intervention, activism and research.  Such approaches include: survivor-centered and trauma-informed advocacy; andragogic, peer-facilitated and popular education models; interpretive and feminist social work; as well as Black socio-feminist inquiry of media discourse on interpersonal violence.
